We are a household of a mix of meat eaters and vegetarians and with the recipe mix being suitable for vegetarians I thought I’d mix it up and we’d create two versions of this classic dish to suit all.
A creamy recipe mix with aromatic parsley, oregano and black pepper for a simple and tasty, classic Italian dish full of flavour. – Schwartz
Schwartz has a really easy recipe to follow on the back of the recipe mix, you could pick up everything you need as you’re wandering around the supermarket! However, as we were creating two versions I needed to change certain things up a little bit (mainly the ingredients, the recipe directions remain very similar).
