If you have sensitive skin, dry skin, or struggle with eczema or psoriasis, you know how difficult it is to find skincare solutions that work. I’ve been using every&one 5 in 1 multi-tasking cream to see if it is the sensitive skin superhero it claims to be. Shall we find out?

Who Is every&one?
every&one was founded by James Kay and Geoff Cook, both with a background in the pharmaceutical industry and experience developing products specifically for those with dry skin issues. They founded every&one with the idea of developing a formula from the medical industry and enhancing it to make it more enjoyable for the consumer to use. Essentially, bringing the medical and skincare world together.
The brand aims to create simple, affordable skincare that delivers and feels good.

every&one 5 in 1 multi-tasking Cream
The Multi-tasting Cream bridges the gap between medical creams and cosmetically elegant skincare products.
every&one is a fragrance-free, multi-use skincare product. It can be used as a moisturiser, a face wash, a gentle cleanser, a primer, or a shaving balm.
It is suitable for all skin types and all ages.
Key features:
Dermatologically tested- Fragrance free
- Paraffin-free
- vegan-friendly.
- Manufactured in the UK.
Packaging & Price

The cream comes in a 100ml squeezable tube, with a twist-open cap. The cap opens with ease, and the product dispenses well. Text is modern and clearly defined against the background colour, allowing it to be nice and clear. Sustainability is key, and packaging is made from recycled plastic.
Price wise, if we were to compare it to other creams on the market within the skincare section, then £20 for 100ml is great value for money, especially when it can be used in a variety of ways. It is worth considering, however, that it’s a cream that bears some similarities – although in no way as pleasant a user experience – as the likes of Zerobase and you can buy a 500ml tub of this for £12. So, less value for money if compared solely to a cream in the medical sector. It is a tricky one to value. What you are most definitely paying for is added skincare benefits and overall user experience.
The Cream
The cream is formulated to nourish skin while supporting and strengthening the skin’s barrier.
Key ingredients:
- Squalane – lipid rich, great for strengthening the skin’s barrier
- Vitamin F – helps support a healthy skin barrier
- Coco Caprylate – nourishing
As someone who struggles with dry skin and eczema on my body, I am a long time user of Zerobase, Diprobase, and Aqueous cream; being non-irritating and skin supporting, the medical grade creams support and nourish skin. You’ll always find one of the giant pump bottles of Zerobase in my bathroom! So I am well experienced in my use of and likes and dislikes of various creams out there. I was intrigued when every&one offered to send me their cream.
From the description, I honestly expected a similar product to those I have used before; thick, heavy, medical. I was wrong and pleasantly surprised.
There is a sense of relief when applying the aforementioned creams, but they are not a pampering experience; they are effective occlusives. Creams like Zerobase remain white if not rubbed in properly, and there is a certain smell, despite being fragrance-free. Where every&one have delivered is in formulating a cosmetically elegant version. They have taken a formula with skin caring benefits but made it pleasant to use; in fact, one that you want to use.
every&one is a lightweight cream that sinks in quickly, there’s no residue left behind and no greasiness either. It is gentle and incredibly skin softening. Being fragrance-free it is less likely to cause irritation, and the formulation allows for it to be used in a myriad of ways.
The cream can be used by all ages, so it is great for children and babies too, and the tube size is great to throw in a bag for a holiday or trip for the whole family.
How Can You Use The Cream?

Moisturise
It can be used across the face and body as a caring moisturiser. I particularly like to use it on my hands and the sensitive areas around my mouth and elbows.
Wash and Cleanse
In the shower, the cream can be used as a moisturising body wash – a particular favourite use of mine; skin feels so comforted after.
Tip: pat your skin, try after for the best results.
The cream can be used to cleanse and remove makeup. I’d recommend double cleansing to remove makeup and SPF. It can be used with or without water; this really is down to preference. I like to add a little water so I can massage well and remove with a face cloth.
Shave & Prime
You can use the cream as a shaving cream, giving your skin that caring base and also as a primer prior to makeup.
For me, skincare is priming, so I’d be reluctant to add another layer of moisturiser here and just stick with this one layer. Too much lotion can impact how your makeup wears throughout the day.

Final Thoughts
I find myself constantly reaching for this cream. Whether it’s for my hands, an itchy spot on my body, to buffer a more sensitive area on my face prior to retinol, in the shower as a body wash – I use it all the time. It is a multi-tasking superhero, and it goes far. What it isn’t is a spa-like, pamper-esque, fragranced cream, so if that’s what you’re looking for, I’d give this a miss.
Where I reach for Zerobase out of necessity, I know I can reach for the every&one 5 in 1 for both relief and enjoyment.
This is for you and your family. If you need a product that does it all, that truly cares without irritation, doesn’t come with bells and whistles, but delivers. It’s an understated hero and one that we all need in moments when we’ve stripped our skin barrier.
The every&one 5 in 1 Cream has impressed, not just me, but my family and comes highly recommended.
