Temple Spa Life Defence 30 Moisturiser
A lightweight moisturiser with a broad spectrum of SPF 30. This cream feels deceptively light ( for a cream with SPF) and has the added benefit of blue light protection.
The cream is formulated with rocket, ginseng root and vitamin E which work as antioxidant protection against harmful environmental aggressors. At the same time hydrating ingredients such as hyaluronic acid help to keep skin plump and moisturised.
I’ve really been enjoying this cream. I don’t find it greasy, it provides my skin with a decent hit of moisture first thing and doesn’t leave it longing for more throughout the day. I love that there is added protection built in too.

Temple Spa Glowcolic Resurfacing Glycolic Acid Toner
A toner to reveal your most glowy self! This exfoliating toner contains glycolic acid, mandelic acid, lactic acid, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid to boost the complexion.
Mediterranean fruit extracts provide the exfoliating acids for this toner (glycolic, mandelic, lactic). They help to slough away dead skin revealing glowy, fresh skin.
The toner does boost hydration too with hyaluronic acid and lactic acid helping to support the skin while treating it with an exfoliation. Skin is definitely brightened from use, the toner is lightweight and I find it non-greasy too.
This is an easy step to add to a skincare routine and a product that is a breeze to use. I like to go slowly with all exfoliating products, using them once or twice a week; often less than directed, however, I think good skin barrier health is key. Always listen to your own skin and its needs and adapt usage as required.
Glycolic acid is the strongest exfoliating acid, something to consider if you have sensitive skin. While I had no issues with irritation it’s worth taking note of.

Temple Spa Glowing Skin Oxygen Peel with Glycolic Acid
Oh, this one is fun! This is an oxygenating bubble peel that foams as oxygen makes contact with the mask. As it fizzes (which feels great btw!) dead skin cells are lifted and radiant skin is revealed!
Key ingredients include a mix of: glycolic, mandelic, lactic, citric and hydroxy acids which work to unclog pores while hyaluronic acid ensures plump skin. The peel also contains apple and kiwi extracts to brighten, vitamins A & E and chamomile to soothe and nourish the skin.
This is a lovely, resurfacing peel which has immediate results. Great if you are heading to a special event or just fancy a pick-me-up! A welcome mask to my skincare kit!

Temple Spa Let’s Concentrate Skin Glowing Serum
The Temple Spa Skin Glowing Serum is a lightweight antioxidant serum which promises to reveal radiant skin.
A formula of vitamin C and alpha arbutin work to brighten skin and can help fight hyperpigmentation.
Magnesium and zinc help fight blemishes and of course hydrating ingredients help to balance the serum and in turn your skin.
I find this a lovely morning serum. It absorbs nicely and has great antioxidant protection. It is easy to use and feels lovely on the skin and my skin feels well-hydrated and plump. I don’t have much pigmentation to fight at present so can’t speak to results for that.

Final Thoughts
What a lovely, brightening range from Temple Spa. I think you’d see results from using just one if I’m honest as they really are effective! The brand has many ranges to suit all skin types and skin concerns so are definitely worth checking out!
